Questions About Open Gym

How does the appointment-based system work?

Members book time slots through our scheduling system. When you arrive, the gym is allocated for your session — equipment is available and the space isn't overcrowded. You get consistent access to what you need.

What equipment is available?

Our 20,000 sq ft facility includes free weights and barbells, power racks and squat stations, cable machines, cardio equipment, kettlebells, sleds and turf areas, and functional fitness equipment.

Can I bring a guest?

Members may bring guests on a limited day-pass basis. Contact us for current guest policy and rates.

Is there a coach available during open gym?

Open gym sessions are self-directed. However, coaches are often on site and happy to answer quick questions. For structured coaching, we recommend group training or personal training sessions.
