Questions About Group Training

How big are the group training classes?

We keep our classes intentionally small โ€” typically 8 to 12 members โ€” so coaches can give real attention to every person in the room. You're not just a face in the crowd.

Do I need experience to join group training?

No. Our coaches scale every workout to your current ability. Whether you're brand new to fitness or returning from a long break, you belong in our group training sessions.

Is the first class really free?

Yes. Come try a class, meet the coaches, and experience the training. No credit card, no commitment. If it's not the right fit, we part as friends.

How often should I train?

Most members train 3 to 5 times per week for optimal progress. Our coaches will help you determine the right frequency based on your goals and recovery capacity.

What should I wear and bring?

Athletic wear and cross-training or weightlifting shoes. Bring water. We have everything else you need.
