Your Questions, Answered
Is Control Results a CrossFit gym?
No. We are not CrossFit affiliated and do not use the CrossFit methodology. We train using functional fitness principles: compound movements, progressive overload, and intentional programming designed around your specific goals.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Absolutely not. We have members who started with us completely sedentary and members who are high-level athletes. All programs scale to your current fitness level. Our coaches meet you exactly where you are.
What is the first step to joining?
Book a free consultation. We'll have a conversation about your goals, tour the facility, and recommend the program that's the best fit. There is no commitment required.
What programs do you offer?
We offer Group Training (small-group coached sessions), Personal Training (1-on-1 with custom programming and meal plans), Open Gym (members-only facility access by appointment), and Athlete Performance (for youth and competitive athletes).
What does "by appointment" mean for Open Gym?
Open gym access is appointment-based to guarantee equipment availability and prevent overcrowding. You book a time slot and the facility is allocated to your session. No waiting, no crowds.
Are there contracts?
We offer both month-to-month and longer-term membership options. We believe in earning your membership every month. Contract terms are discussed during your free consultation.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed Sundays.
Where are you located?
Control Results is located in Melbourne, FL. Book a free consultation and we'll send you the exact address and directions.
How is group training different from a group fitness class?
Group fitness classes are instructor-led, choreography-based, and not individualized. Our group training is coach-supervised, progressively programmed, and scaled to each member's ability. Your coach watches your form and adjusts your load session to session.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Your first group training session is free. Book a free consultation and we'll get you scheduled.
What is included in personal training?
1-on-1 coaching sessions, fully customized training programming, personalized meal planning, and progress check-ins. Everything is built around your specific goals, schedule, and food preferences.
Is the athlete performance program safe for teenagers?
Yes. Research consistently shows that properly supervised youth strength training is safe and beneficial. Our coaches are experienced in working with young athletes and build programs that are age-appropriate, safe, and effective.
